Effective October 4, 2026. These terms apply to Workersh, operated by wrkrsh. By using Workersh, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Your account and work
You are responsible for your account, connected services, and the permissions you give an agent. You retain ownership of your content and authorize us to process it to provide the service. Only submit content and connect systems you have permission to use.
Do not use Workersh for illegal activity, unauthorized access, abuse, or interference with other users or systems. We may suspend access to investigate misuse or protect the service.
Agents and external services
Agents can read and change files, run commands, and use connected services. Review their output and actions. AI output can be incorrect, and you are responsible for decisions made from it. Keep backups of important files.
Your AI subscription and connected services are governed by their own terms. Workersh access does not include a ChatGPT or other third-party subscription.
Pricing, renewal, and cancellation
The pricing page describes desktop access and hosted billing. Checkout shows the applicable currency, subscription interval, usage charges, and taxes before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Use the billing portal in your hosted workspace to manage payments, invoices, and cancellation. Cancellation follows the effective date shown in the portal and does not erase usage already incurred. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support@workersh.com. Any rights provided by applicable law remain in effect.
Availability and responsibility
We provide Workersh as available and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Features and external providers may change. To the extent allowed by applicable law, wrkrsh is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by third-party services or actions you authorize. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Leaving and contacting us
You can stop using Workersh, cancel your subscription, and request hosted data deletion by contacting support@workersh.com. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
We will update the effective date when these terms change. Contact the same address with questions about these terms.
