Workersh

Privacy policy

Effective October 16, 2026. Workersh is operated by wrkrsh. This policy covers the desktop app and hosted workspace.

What we process

For hosted accounts, we process your name, email address, account identifiers, conversations, uploaded files, agent tasks, and the settings and integrations you choose. We record usage and billing status to operate the service and calculate charges.

Agents run in the hosted service and use their own cloud computers. When you grant access to your computer, files, command results, screen captures, and browser content needed for that work pass through the hosted service. Content included in model requests is sent to the AI provider. Connected ChatGPT credentials are stored encrypted to run agents on your subscription.

Why and who

We use this information to authenticate you, run agents, store and deliver your work, connect services you request, provide support, investigate errors, and bill for usage.

Our service uses WorkOS for authentication, Convex for hosted state, Polar for billing, and hosting and storage providers including Vercel and Cloudflare. Depending on the feature you use, AI providers, E2B, Composio, and email providers process the requests and content needed to perform that work. Polar processes payment details; Workersh stores billing identifiers and subscription status.

Providers may process data outside Canada under their own privacy policies. Content sent to your AI provider is also subject to that provider’s data-use terms.

Connected services

When you connect an email account, storage service, or another integration, Workersh processes access credentials and the content needed for the actions you request. Disconnect integrations in Workersh or revoke access with the provider. Disconnecting does not delete work already saved in your workspace.

Storage, logs, and deletion

Hosted work is stored to make your workspace available across sessions. Operational logs may contain request identifiers, error details, and information needed to debug failed actions. The app uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, preferences, and local state.

The desktop and web apps keep a diagnostic log on your device. When either hits a critical error, such as a crash, it sends Workersh that error, the app version, your operating system or browser, and the diagnostic records just before it, which never include your conversations, files, or prompts. The rest of the log is shared only if you export it and send it yourself.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your hosted information, contact support@workersh.com. We may need to verify your identity. Billing records, security records, and backups may need to be retained for legal obligations or service recovery. Deleting hosted data does not delete files on your computer or copies held by a connected provider.
